Being creative provides opportunities to try new ideas and discover new ways of thinking.

There is no right or wrong way to be creative. When people are creative it gives them freedom to engage with the world without judging themselves. Everyone is born with a creative side, but many people just don’t choose to explore it.
As people become more creative it allows them access to their feelings, thoughts and beliefs, which then enables them to better express themselves.
There are many ways to become a creative person. These can include:

Being creative helps you to become a better problem solver in all areas of your life. It helps you see things differently and be able to better deal with uncertainty. Creative people are able to live better with uncertainty as they are able to adapt their thinking to allow for the unknown.
Too often we tend to put a limit on creativity, give yourself permission to be creative and explore something new, creativity has no rules or boundaries. Anyone of any age can be creative, you just have to find your way of exploring it.
