Dear Residents Family and Friends,

Columbia recognises the importance of family and social connection and are pleased to advise that we will reopen to Visitors from tomorrow Wednesday 12^th August.  All existing bookings will remain and for those of you who had a visit cancelled the team will reach out and reschedule you as a priority.

We are all doing our utmost to minimise the risk of infection in our homes whilst facilitating Residents to have the family support that they need.  NSW Health are updating the list of COVID-19 case locations daily. Before your visit please be sure to refer to the list of venues and dates where it is recommended you “self-isolate and get tested immediately” https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates.  You should not enter any facility if you fall into this category or if you are feeling unwell.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the continued hard work of all staff and the managers in each service, and express our gratitude to residents, their representatives and families, for your partnership and understanding as we all work through these challenging time together.
