Willowood Centre – Open for visitors Day 2 12 Oct
Dear Residents, Family and Friends
Yesterday we welcomed visitors back into Columbia facilities. Most of the day went smoothly but as we try and accommodate everyone over the next few weeks a few reminders:-
You must have a booking to enter the facility.
We must manage social distancing and the overall numbers we have in the facility as people transit through the common areas. We are also able to implement an effective cleaning schedule and implement contact tracing if required. If you are having difficulty getting a time let us know.
You must be fully vaccinated
Family and Friends must have received their second dose of the COVID vaccine at least 14 days prior to your visit. Proof of vaccination needs to be submitted in advance to the Reception email at your facility or uploaded in the booking system.
You must have a negative COVID test no more than 72 hours old (3 days).
As we open our doors the risk to our most vulnerable has increased. All Columbia Staff are currently submitting for surveillance testing every 3 days as well. Our priority is the safety of the Residents and the safety of our Staff.
Bookings are for 1 hour.
Everyone wants to come and see their loved one. To help us stay compliant with the current Public Health Orders and allow as many family as possible to come into the facility in a safe manner we ask that you limit your visits to 1 hour.
Full details on requirements to enter the facility are listed on our bookings website. Please review and then book a time to your loved one. https://bookings.columbiaagedcare.com.au/
Our staff are here to care for the Residents. Please be patient and respectful as we navigate to a ‘new normal’.
Regards Tiffany
